1950's & 1960's
As a print salesman, Edward M. Reif sold business forms and supplies incorporating United Business Forms in Chicago in
1965. At the same time, David V. Skillman was selling IBM computer punch cards and other commercial printing
incorporating Dato Printing in Winnetka, IL.
UBF relocated to Northfield, IL in the 1978. |

1990
Both companies excelled in their areas of expertise until, Ed and Dave decided to
merge the companies into Combined Printing Corporation in
Northfied, IL. Combined Printing sold both business forms and commercial printing. It supplied everything from village stickers to park district catalogs to the famous Sears & Roebuck Catalog's
inventory supply forms. |

1992
Combined Printing purchases card personalization equipment and becomes a manufacture and brings in house many of the card programs it is currently offering. |

1995
Combined Graphics is started to take over all Card and related business. Combined Graphics moves to it's first dedicated two thousand square foot facility in Northbrook, IL. |

Combined Graphics expands 100% into two neighboring facilities. One dedicated to warehouse and packaging. Both Doughboy and Kirk Rudy equipment is added to the complement to offer retail packaging. |

Two DataCard 7000s and two NBS Horizons are added for long run
BlockBuster embossing projects. |

Combined Graphics moves to its second production facility, fifteen
thousand square feet in Addison, IL. |

1999
Combined Graphics announces a new sales initiative, Advanced Card
Technologies
Corporation. |

2000
Thomas J. Breen is hired as General Manager. Tom, with a background in engineering and corporate experience with Rand McNally and
Docu-Forms, was enlisted to bring new product offerings and leadership. |

2001
TBCardWorks, LLC is incorporated and purchases Combined Graphics' assets. The company's direction is
focused on continuous fulfillment types of projects. TBCardWorks.com is launched. |

2002
TBCardWorks, LLC changes it's name to TBCardWorx, LLC. |

|

2003
TBCardWorx moves to a custom designed facility in Wheeling, IL. |

CardWorx, Inc. purchases the assets of TBCardWorks. |

|
|
2008
CardWorx ceases operations. |

2008
Universal Card Solutions purchases the assets of CardWorx. A new web
presence is launched. Web services are added to the product offering
along with a revitalized sales initiative. |
